7. Display of identity card
(1) Subject to subsection (2), in the exercise of any power under this
Act, in relation to another person, an officer shall produce his identity card
for the other person’s inspection before exercising the powers.
(2) Where it is not practicable to comply with subsection (1), the officer
shall produce his identity card for the other person’s inspection at the first
reasonable opportunity.
