13D. Having offensive weapon during curfew Any person who, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, is found outdoors in possession of an offensive weapon, in any area in which a curfew order is in force and while the curfew imposed is operative, shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 25,000 rupees and to penal servitude for a term not exceeding 5 years.
