13F. Power of arrest
(1) A police officer who has reason to suspect that a person has committed or is about to commit an offence which will endanger public safety or
public order, may arrest that person and use such force as may be necessary
for that purpose.

(2) A person arrested under subsection (1) shall be brought within
48 hours of his arrest before a Court.
