15. Protection from liability
(1) No liability, civil or criminal, shall attach to any member or employee
in respect of loss arising from the exercise in good faith by him of his functions under this Act.
(2) Every employee shall, for the purposes of the Public Officers’ Protection Act, be deemed to be a public officer.
