49. Saving
Nothing in this Part shall—
(a) preclude the Authority or its licensed operator from accepting
goods for storage as well as liability for any loss, destruction or
damage to the goods;
(b) affect the liability of the Authority or its licensed operator under
the Workmen’s Compensation Act.
