2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Company” means the Mauritius Post Limited, incorporated and registered under the Companies Act;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
postal services is assigned;
“Post Office Department” means the Post Office Department referred
to in section 3 of the repealed Post Office Act, or Government in relation
to the Post Office Department;
“staff” means all persons appointed to serve the Post Office
Department.
