6. Provisions relating to Staff
(1) – (3) —
(4) Any disciplinary inquiry or proceedings, pending or in process against
any person on the staff of the Post Office Department may, as from 1 March
2004, be taken up, continued and completed by the Company and any resulting order or decision shall have the same force and effect as if made by
the Company.
