15. Appeals
(1) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Authority may appeal
against such decision to the ICT Appeal Tribunal.
(2) Sections 39 to 44 of the Information and Communication Technologies Act shall, as far as appropriate, apply to an appeal made under subsection (1) and to such decision as may be reached by the ICT Appeal Tribunal
on an appeal under subsection (1).
