17. Powers and limitations of licensees
(1) Subject to this section, a licensee shall have authority to enter any
premises, except dwelling houses, to collect and to deliver postal packets.
(2) A licensee shall be subject to and shall comply with such general directions as the Authority may give in respect of provision of services.
