29. Criminal diversion of postal packets or articles
(1) Any person who wilfully and maliciously, with intent to injure any
other person—
(a) opens or causes to be opened any postal packet or article which
ought to have been delivered to that other person; or
(b) does any act so that due delivery of the postal packet or article
to that other person is prevented or impeded,
shall commit an offence.
(2) Nothing in this section shall apply to a person who is a parent, or in
the position of a parent or guardian, of the person to whom the postal
packet is addressed.
