31. Obstruction of licensees
(1) Any person who—
(a) whilst in any premises used for the purposes of the business of a
licensee, intentionally obstructs the course of business of the licensee; or
(b) assaults or intentionally obstructs or incites anyone to obstruct
or impede an officer or employee of a licensee in the performance of his duties,
shall commit an offence.
(2) A licensee may require a person to leave the premises used for the
purposes of its business where he is in the act of committing any offence
under subsection (1), failing which he may take all reasonable steps to remove the person.
(3) Where a person is so removed, the removal shall be deemed to be
lawful removal by the officer, agent or employee of the licensee.
