9. Dissolution
(1) The Trust may, on the unanimous decision of the Board, be dissolved
in such manner as it may prescribe.
(2) Where the Trust is dissolved, all assets remaining after the winding
up shall be transferred to or used for a charitable institution in Mauritius designated by the Board.
