3. Emoluments of President and Vice-President
(1) There shall be paid to the President by way of emoluments—
(a) an annual salary of 3,456,000 rupees; and
(b) an annual duty allowance of 812,400 rupees.
(2) There shall be paid to the Vice-President by way of emoluments—
(a) an annual salary of 2,376,000 rupees; and
(b) an annual duty allowance of 552,000 rupees.
(3) The emoluments payable under subsections (1) and (2) shall be paid
by equal monthly instalments at the end of each month.
