25. Disclosure of assets and liabilities
A member of the Board or an officer shall—
(a) not later than 30 days after the date of his appointment;
(b) not later than 30 June in every year until he ceases to be a
member of the Board; and
(c) upon the termination of his appointment,
deposit with the Parliamentary Committee a declaration of his assets and
liabilities in relation to himself, his spouse, children and grandchildren in the
form specified in the First Schedule.
