31. The Chief Legal Adviser
(1) The Legal Division shall be under the responsibility of a Chief Legal
Adviser, who shall be a barrister with at least 5 years’ standing at the Bar,
appointed by the Commission.

(2) The Legal Division shall, in addition to the powers conferred under
section 82, be responsible for tendering legal advice to the Commission.
