33. Funds of Commission
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the funds of the Commission shall be applied only—
(a) in payment or discharge of any cost, expense and other obligation of the Commission; and
(b) in payment of any remuneration or allowance payable to any
person under this Act.
(2) Funds of the Commission not immediately required for the purposes
of the Commission shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund if so directed by
the Parliamentary Committee.
