38. Protection of members of Board and officers
Any member of the Board or an officer acting in the exercise of his duties
under this Act shall, for the purposes of sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 (1) and (2) of
the Public Officers’ Protection Act, be deemed to be a public officer.
