55. Enforcement of property tracking and monitoring order
A Judge in Chambers may, on good cause shown by the Commission that
any person is failing to comply with, is delaying or is otherwise obstructing a
directive made in accordance with section 54, order that the Commission or
any officer authorised by it may enter any premises of the bank, financial
institution, cash dealer or member of a relevant profession or occupation,
search the premises and remove any document, material or other thing
therein for the purposes of executing such order.
