12A. Recruiting persons in terrorist groups
Any person who recruits another person so that he belongs to
a group or an organisation, knowing that the group or organisation –
(a) is a proscribed organisation; or
(b) carries out, or participates in the carrying out of one or
more acts of terrorism,
shall commit an offence.
