22. Meetings of Committee
(1) The Committee shall meet at least once every 3 months and at such
time and place as the Chairperson of the Committee may determine.
(2) At any meeting of the Committee, 4 members, including the Chairperson, shall constitute a quorum.
(3) Where the Chairperson is absent from a meeting, the members present shall elect from among themselves a member to chair the meeting.
(4) The Committee shall regulate its meetings and proceedings in such
manner as it may determine.
