8A. Terrorism hoax
(1) Any person who communicates to another person any information,
which he knows or should have known to be false, with the intention of
inducing in that other person or any other person a belief that an act of
terrorism will take place shall commit an offence.
(2) Any person who does any other act with the intention of inducing in
any other person a false belief that an act of terrorism will take place shall
commit an offence.
