4. Duties of Committee
The Committee shall—
(a) advise the Minister on—
(i) any matter relating to the price and supply of consumer
goods and services which the Minister may refer to it; and
(ii) the formulation and implementation of policies relating to
consumer protection; and

(b) ensure the co-operation and participation of consumers in matters which affect their interest.
