31. Conditions of approval
The Commission shall not approve a transaction under section 30, except
where it is satisfied that—
(a) the provisions of this Part or the FSC Rules have been complied
with; and
(b) the transaction is consistent with this Act and is in the interests
of any beneficiary concerned.
