13. Further information and verification
On receipt of an application made under section 9, 10 or 12, the Commission may—
(a) require the applicant to provide further information in such form
and manner as it may determine; or

(b) require that any information to be submitted in support of an
application be verified, in such manner and by such person as it
may determine, at the cost of the applicant.
