36. Appointment of auditor and actuary by Commission (1) Where a private pension scheme fails to appoint an auditor or actuary, the Commission may— (a) appoint an auditor or actuary for the scheme; or (b) engage the services of an auditor or actuary to report on any matter as may be directed by the Commission, in relation to a private pension scheme. (2) Any auditor or actuary appointed or engaged under subsection (1) shall be at the cost of the private pension scheme. P32A – 19 [Issue 5] Private Pension Schemes Act
