50. Composition of governing body
(1) Notwithstanding any other enactment, the governing body of a private pension scheme shall be composed of such number of members as may
be specified in FSC Rules.
(2) The governing body of a private pension scheme shall appoint from
amongst its members a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson and a contact person, and inform the Commission of the appointment.
