52. Legal proceedings
A private pension scheme shall act, sue and be sued, in the case of—
(a) a trust, through its board of trustees;
(b) a Foundation, through its Council;
(c) a fund registered under the repealed Employees Superannuation
Fund Act, through its managing committee or board of directors;
(d) in such body of persons as may be specified in FSC Rules,
through the persons responsible for the administration and management of the private pension scheme.
