21. Exemptions
(1) Notwithstanding any other enactment, the Authority shall be exempt
from payment of every duty, rate, charge, fee or tax.
(2) The Authority may—
(a) frank letters and postal packets destined to persons in Mauritius;
and
(b) make remittances by money order,
free of charge.
