8. Meetings of Board
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Chairperson shall preside at every
meeting of the Board.
(2) In the absence of the Chairperson at a meeting of the Board, the
Permanent Secretary or his representative shall preside at the meeting.
(3) The Board shall meet at such time and place as the Chairperson may
appoint.
(4) Notice of every meeting shall be given to the members by the Director.
(5) At any meeting of the Board, 5 members shall constitute a quorum.
(6) Everything authorised or required to be done by the Board shall be
decided by a simple majority of the members present and voting.
