Section 10: Registers

10. Registers (1) The Commissioner shall establish and maintain a register of persons licensed or granted a certificate and badge under this Act. (2) The register shall contain particulars of every licensee and person holding a certificate and badge and shall include— (a) his name; (b) his address, or the address of his office, or main office and suboffices, as the case may be, in the case of a licensee; [Issue 2] P34 – 6 Revised Laws of Mauritius (c) the expiry date of the licence and certificate; (d) the terms and conditions of the licence and certificate; and (e) such other particulars as the Commissioner thinks fit.
