13. Production of copies of orders
Where an order is made amending or discharging a probation order, the
clerk of the Court by which that order is made shall—
(a) in the case of an amending order, furnish 2 copies of it to the
probation officer responsible for the supervision of the probationer; and
(b) in the case of an order for the discharge of a probation order,
furnish one copy to the probation officer who was responsible
for the supervision of the probationer and one copy to the probationer.
