20. Exemption from police supervision
(1) No direction shall be given by a Court that an offender in respect of
whom a probation order made under this Act is in operation shall be subject
to the supervision of the Police.
(2) Any direction given before the making of a probation order shall, as
from the date of the probation order, lapse.
