27B. Foreign firm of architects
(1) No foreign firm of architects shall provide architectural services in
Mauritius unless—
(a) the Council is satisfied that the firm—
(i) is under the control of a foreign architect; and
(ii) meets the requirements under section 25 (1) (b) to (f), or
section 26 (1) (b) and (c), as the case may be; and
(b) the firm is registered as a foreign consultant under section 20 of
the Construction Industry Development Board Act.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a foreign firm of architects may provide architectural services in relation to the construction of a Government
building.
