46. Regulations
(1) The Minister may, for the purposes of this Act, make such regulations
as he thinks fit.
(2) Any regulations made under subsection (1) may provide—
(a) for rules and guidelines for professional assessment through
Continuous Professional Development programmes;
(b) for the levying of fees and the taking of charges;
(c) for the amendment of the Schedule;
(d) that any person who contravenes them shall commit an offence
and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 50,000
rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months.
