38. Annual report
(1) The Council shall submit an annual report to the Minister, together
with an audited statement of accounts, on the operations of the Council in
respect of every financial year.
(2) The Minister shall, at the earliest available opportunity, lay a copy of
the annual report and audited accounts of the Council before the Assembly.
