46. Review of decision of Council
(1) A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Council—
(a) not to grant an application under section 19 (5) (a); or
(b) to take any disciplinary measure against him,
may apply for judicial review of the decision before the Supreme Court.
(2) On an application under subsection (1), the Supreme Court may make
such order or give such directions in the matter as it may determine.
