23. Annual list
(1) The Registrar shall, not later than the end of February in every year,
transmit to the Minister a list of all professional quantity surveyors registered
for that year.
(2) The Council shall, not later than 1 March in every year, publish in the
Gazette an annual list of professional quantity surveyors for that year.
