34. Restoration of name and other particulars to Register
(1) Where the name and other particulars of a professional quantity
surveyor have been removed from the Register in accordance with this Act,
the name and other particulars of that person shall not be restored to the
Register except by order of the Council or of the Supreme Court.
(2) The Council may, on its own motion or on application of the person
concerned and after holding such inquiry as it may determine, cause his
name and other particulars to be restored to the Register.
