36. Execution of documents
(1) Subject to subsection (2), no deed, instrument, contract or other
document shall be executed or signed by or on behalf of the Council unless it
is signed by the Chairperson or, in his absence, by the Vice-chairperson.
(2) No cheque shall be signed by or on behalf of the Council unless it is
signed by—
(a) the Chairperson or, in his absence, by the Vice-chairperson; and
(b) the Registrar.
