3. Prohibition of driftnet
(1) No person shall, within the fishing limits of Mauritius, fish with or
have in his possession a driftnet.

Prohibition of Driftnet Act
(2) Any person who sights a driftnet, whether attended or unattended,
within the fishing limits of Mauritius, shall as soon as practicable inform the
Portmaster of its location.
