3. Legal regime applicable to protected cell companies
Subject to this Act—
(a) the Financial Services Act in so far as it relates to Part X;
(b) the Companies Act, in so far as it relates to a company holding a
Category 1 Global Business Licence under the Financial Services
Act;

(c) the Securities Act in so far as it relates to such class or classes
of company as may be prescribed,
shall apply to protected cell companies.
