7. Creation of one or more cells
(1) A protected cell company may create one or more cells for the purpose of segregating and protecting cellular assets in the manner provided by
this Act.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), no cell shall be created—
(a) for a business activity different from the business activity of the
protected cell company;
(b) without the approval of the Commission, subject to such exemption as it may determine.
