12. Protection from liability of informers
(1) Any person who has reason to believe that an act of domestic violence has been, is being or is likely to be committed, may so inform an
Enforcement Officer.
(2) No liability, civil or criminal, shall be incurred by an informer for
information given in good faith for the purpose of subsection (1).
