10. Protection from liability
No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Commission or the
Human Rights Division or any member or any person acting under the direction of the Commission or the Human Rights Division in respect of anything
which is done or purported to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Act
or in respect of the publication by or under the authority of the Commission

or the Human Rights Division or of any report, proceedings or other matter
under this Act.
