11. Agent for Government
For the purpose of issuance and management of Government debt, the
Minister may appoint a different organisation, suitably qualified, in lieu of the
Bank, to be the agent of Government to perform such duties and functions
of debt management, and on such terms and conditions, as the Minister may
determine.
