9. Possession of offensive weapon
Any person who, while present at a public gathering, has in his possession, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, an offensive weapon
shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 100,000 rupees and to penal servitude for a term not exceeding
10 years.
