11. Registration of common lodging house
(1) The Sanitary Authority in each district shall keep a register in which
shall be entered—
(a) the name of every keeper of a common lodging house, its situation, and street, and street number; and
(b) the number of inmates to be accommodated in each room or
tenement.
(2) A certified copy of a register shall be received in a Court as evidence
and shall be sufficient proof of all things registered in it without production
of the register or of any document on which the entry is based.
