13. Number of lodgers
(1) The Sanitary Authority shall serve a notice on every keeper of a
common lodging house fixing the number of inmates to be housed in the
common lodging house.
(2) No keeper of a common lodging house shall receive in it a number of
inmates exceeding that fixed by the notice served under subsection (1).
