134. Photographs of detainee
(1) Every person detained in the leper hospital shall submit himself to be
photographed from time to time as the medical officer in charge of the leper
hospital thinks fit.
(2) Any person under subsection (1) who refuses to allow himself to be
photographed shall commit an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to
be punished in such manner as the President shall, by regulations, direct.
(3) Any person who gives, supplies or exhibits any photograph obtained
under this section to any person to whom he is not expressly or by regulations authorised to give, supply or exhibit shall commit an offence.
