154. Offences
Any person who—
(a) contravenes this Part; or
(b) has in his possession any food liable to seizure under section 151
or 152,
shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 1,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
6 months.
